Found Art: Wrapped Earthquake Trees
> Practical Art
Some cool stuff is cropping up around Christchurch on fences and around damaged buildings. Somewhat literally like bandages, but hey, I like it. These were spied on Straven road.
Art student with no campus to go to? Granny whose crochet club fell down?
I've seen knitting like this in Wellington too, its fun to look at. After some time the wool begins to sag to the bottom of its post. Here is something of a similar caliber I found on the side of a Christchurch footpath in a pre earthquake era. It was made by children.
What are those, sea shells? Nice pic.
Would you like it if they were sea shells?
no i want them to be weirder than that.

Weird is a perspective from within the shell.
